Recently, we supported a customer in conducting a partial upgrade for their CNC Machine, specifically a Seal Maker. They were facing challenges sourcing spare parts and support for the turret on their turning CNC machine. 

The existing turret was equipped with an older Duplomatic AC Servo Motor. We upgraded it with a SIEMENS Drive SINAMICS V90, Servo Motor 1FL6, and PLC S7-1200 Profinet. This new PLC was seamlessly connected to their existing CNC controller, resulting in improved machine performance and increased reliability.
